First visit. Very impressed.
I was kept waiting for 1.5 hours past my appointment time. When I was finally seen, I found Dr Berkowitz sarcastic and unsympathetic. I felt a lack of respect and compassion from this doctor.

Bad experience, 2 hours waiting for the Doctor and nobody excused for the inconvenient. Dr Berkowitz, did not explain to me nothing about my problem. The visit didn’t last more than 15 minutes, and was a first visit!
