Bad experience, 2 hours waiting for the Doctor and nobody excused for the inconvenient. Dr Berkowitz, did not explain to me nothing about my problem. The visit didn’t last more than 15 minutes, and was a first visit!

I went in for sprain shoulder but Dr Berkowitz notice was the shoulder it was a neck injury. He’s very knowledgeable and takes care of his patients very well. I love how the office ran.

If you plan to visit this office, ensure that you have 3 hours available. Their wait time is ridiculous. The young lady at the front desk acts as though you are invisible and takes her time to collect co-payment. The person in charge needs to improve on how she speaks to patients. She yells and insults a lot of patients. Last the doctor is constantly accepting calls on his phone and does not pay attention to what the patient is there for. This experience was a waste of my time and money.
