I went with my dad, who is in his mid 80’s to Dr. Berkowitz office because he had been unable to sleep well for a few months due to a sharp pain on his left shoulder. They took X-rays, performed an ultra-sound, and the doctor reviewed my dad’s medical history, along with the list of medications he’s currently taking. Afterwards, he examined my dad’s shoulder’s and gave him a cortisone shot. What we noticed was how nice all his staff was, including Dr. Berkowitz. I waited almost three hours to see this Dr. After he rescheduled twice. His office staff does not seem to know what they are doing… I am definitely not happy with this app
Very nice and treats you with respect and talks in very simple for we can understand.
Is there a rating pass five? If so, I would have Dr. Berkowitz rated higher than a five. He knew exactly what was wrong and did a fine job explaining the injury.
BEWARE… Shocked at the disrespect for patients time and devotion. Usual 3 to 4 hour wait WITH appointment! Overwhelmed staff , Total Cattle call!
