THEY TOOK OUR APPLICATION AND $45.oo AND NEVER GOT BACK TO US. WE CALLED, EMAILED, TEXTED AND I.M.D, BUT THEY WOULD NOT REPLY TO US AT ALL! THEY ARE SCAMMING PEOPLE FOR DEPOSITS AND APPLICATIONS FEES, THEN, AVOIDING THEM AFTERWARDS. WORST APARTMENT MANAGEMENT EVER!!! OH! DID I MENTION THAT THEY STILL HAVE YET TO DO ANYTHING ABOUT THE COCKROACH INFESTATION!?!?
it is a nice place to live but the maintenance men slack on their job. sometimes it takes months before they get to u.
I started working with this leasing office in May. They denied me housing at first because I was a single mother and student. After sorting out that DISCRIMINATION, I spent 3 months working on obtaining housing. I made multiple phone calls, many trips (at the time I lived 3 hrs away), and got everything they required done for documentation. They never called me back!! Not to even say, “sorry, your application was denied”. Completely unprofessional. Don’t waste your time here.
I live out Mariners Watch for 10 years. They slack on repairs etc. Now I'm going to court for the charges. I turned my key in and they charged me for a whole. They are the worst dishonest people I've every dealt with.
I Have Loved living here!!. The Staff at the Office especially Ms. Courtney is the Best!!. I truly love all those ladies. They were always professional and so sweet to me and my daughter. If I ever needed anything they took care of it immediately. I will miss you Mariners Watch. As I always say when I go to the office....'You Ladies are so sweet to me my Kennadi'. I lived at Mariners Watch for a little over 3 years. The staff is always very caring and helpful. The maintenance workers are always prompt when you require their service. The community is children friendly. The Townhomes are beautiful and affordable. I loved living there and only left because I had a job transfer. I had a 100% positive experience at Mariners Watch Apartment Homes. Thank you!
The people in the office and not friendly. The maintenance men never anything on time. All they care about is the rent money. They don't care about your family and it's wellbeing. I have contacted maintenance about a number of things in my apt and it seems like every two or three(maybe more) months they are coming to fix something I complained about months ago. Looking for something new now. Will not be renewing this lease
