I had a lot of damage from Termites. The quote was fair. The men that repaired the house were fast, efficient and did a very good job.
Scheduled a home inspection 2 days prior and I waited at the property for 25 mins, and they never showed up nor did anyone from their company contact me. They even sent 2 email confirmations regarding the scheduled inspection… terrible and unprofessional company. I called their 888 number as I was waiting for them at the property, and nobody answered. DO NOT USE!!!
Do not use this company for repairs. They ripped me off and the work they did leaked a year later. Had to pay anther company to fix, repair and make it right. Good luck getting Dougles to call you back after the works is done.
I chose Mariners to do treatment and repair of termite damage around my house. I felt Douglas was straight forward and honest. Even though they were more expensive I thought they would do the best job. Well I can't even express the extreme disappointment in using this company. They started the work right before Christmas 2021. It started raining and they said they had to stop. Also the truck wasn't working to do the spraying in the attic.
