Executive Spa room. Small and shabby room. Bed was softer than marshmallows and springs dug into you all night. Spa on balcony, screening should go to end of balcony for privacy. No elevator only steps and lots of them. Shower flooded and they don't supply hand towels. Will never go back there.
15/01/2026 Went here part of driving holiday. Booked here with a a nice view of the pier and with an outdoor soaking spa. It was enjoyable watching the sunsetting at 8:17pm at Batemans bay. It was really nice..spa time with sunsetting slowly getting darker darker. Romantic getaway.
