RecommendedI have been trying to find out who is the person to talk to about the HOA Assoc! We are new there and we wanted to find out if the right person got our hoa money for 2017---NO ANSWER FROM ANYONE !! If someone knows something--PLEASE call 610-906-2791 --maybe I can find something out for once !! BUT==I do like Mariners Cove !
Don't even know where to start. Wasn't bad in the beginning...but something in this park changed within the last year that made it a horrible place to live with children. Lived here for over 10 years, loved it at first...loved it until this last year, which has made me hate it.
My blood pressure goes down about 50 points when we come home. Love it here. It's tranquility at its finest!!

Heading there now been so busy all summer really missed a lot of good times didn't miss the flooding. Still hoping the fix Sussex ln.moved from bad Jersey roads to that mess.
Nice community but very hard to be approved! Very clean and nice pool! Not much for kids to do!
