The apartment MANAGEMENT is HORRIBLE NOT ALL MANGERS but .. starting with PROPERTY MANGER HORRIBLE . Communication HORRIBLE NO WAY TO GET AHOLD OF THE PROPERTY OWNER .? Parking is HORRIBLE you have to pay 4$ to park in visitors or u will be towed ONLY CERTAIN VISTOR PARKING SPOTS ‼️Maintenance is the BEST thing that has happen to Marine-creek Apartments It just sucks they are ran by unorganized management. The Office staff and maintenance crew have always been so helpful. Their prompt and friendly Service has always been a refreshing experience in the 3 years I’ve lived here. I’d recommend Marine Creek Apartment Homes to anyone looking to love and or move to this area.
Hey can y’all actually fix things when residents call about it? A leak that has been going on for so long it’s causing mold is unacceptable. Especially when you have been notified MULTIPLE times.
Love my apartment! The staff is amazing! Even through this management change. Hoping to renew my lease. Currently renewing for the 3rd time!!
