It was a great experience. The staff was welcoming and willing to accommodate my schedule and my concern for safety. And when I decided to purchase the vehicle it didn't stop with signing on the line. The dealer had a person to accept my request to purchase the vehicle, and then I was introduced to another person to complete the loan and contract for purchase. And that wasn't the end.
