Very disappointing experience. I came to the dealer with an appointment. I drove 1 hour just to find out the car have been sold. they were able to show me different similar cars which its to hear that they have different options. However two cars that i drove the were super dirty and bad smelling, i can see this car have not been clean or wash. Also both cars have no gas, they were so low on gas that i was afraid to driving for more than few blocks.
I drove an hour to this dealership to view a vehicle advertised at $26,557. After several hours of test driving, negotiating, and completing most of the purchase paperwork, I discovered an additional $1,495 "protection package" fee that was non-optional. This fee was not disclosed upfront and was only visible in a secondary tab requiring a click and scroll to find. They called spoke to a sales manager, which was pleasant. Had gone through all the primaries of credit check, approval, & day to pick up the vehicle. Live 1 hr 15 minutes away. Called day before to confirm pick up for next morning. Drove out to dealership only to find out the vehicle was sold already. No phone call, nothing. I find this bad business! Will not recommend this dealership to anyone, very disappointed, team my credit & now I’m stuck with the inquiries.
