I had a great experience with Marilyn and would highly recommend her. She is extremely knowledgeable about the area especially the Valley Lakes/Prairie Pointe subdivisions. She priced my house very fair, in return I had about 25 showings. It was no fault of hers that it took 5 months to sell, I just had a layout that was not desirable and wouldn't work for a lot of people. She knows how to match homes to the client, negotiate for the buyer, negotiate for the seller, bring in a stager, market a home, and set up the needed personnel (lawyer, photographer, title co., inspector... you name it).
