I had a great experience with Marilyn and would highly recommend her. She is extremely knowledgeable about the area especially the Valley Lakes/Prairie Pointe subdivisions. She priced my house very fair, in return I had about 25 showings. It was no fault of hers that it took 5 months to sell, I just had a layout that was not desirable and wouldn't work for a lot of people. Wow. Marilyn has years of experience and it absolutely shows. She knows how to match homes to the client, negotiate for the buyer, negotiate for the seller, bring in a stager, market a home, and set up the needed personnel (lawyer, photographer, title co., inspector... you name it). We bought as out-of-state clients & Marilyn matched our age/needs/personalities to the right kind of neighborhood & schools. We sold 6 years later, after a housing crash.
