Marilyn is the perfect definition of someone who goes above and beyond for her clients. On the selling end, she helped prepare our home to show beautifully and did everything she could to market it. On the buying end, Marilyn took us everywhere we wanted to go. She helped us find another wonderful home which lead to a perfect move!
As a first time home buyer I wasn't sure of almost anything in the process but Marilyn helped every step of the way answering all of my questions and dealing with all of my requests. She was prompt with her answers and showed me numerous houses till we found the perfect one.
The buyer and buyer's attorney were very difficult to deal with. Marilyn followed up with them numerous times so I did not have to. She made sure they were ready for closing.
