Working with Marilyn prior made it an easy decision for us to use her in the closing of our home. Marilyn is very easy to get along with and her knowledge of the area was a huge bonus. We knew that she would be looking out for our best interests, and it was a comfort for us. Especially, in this upside down time. I recently used Marilyn on the purchase of my new home. I am a first time home buyer and didn't know exactly what to expect. Marilyn is extremely responsive.
