Many thanks to Dr. Bob and staff for their gentle manner and careful approach in dealing with little ones. My daughter needed a baby tooth pulled after 6 mos. of trying to convince her to pull it out herself. She was reluctant to have the procedure, but trusted the staff because of previous positive experiences. She is all smiles now minus that stubborn tooth.
Always excellent service! Dr. Navarro is the best! Regret that soon my son will be too old to continue having appointments here.
Can all children's doctor be as great and gentle and caring as dr. navarro and dr. fisher?
I love Dr. Bob! I have been seeing him since I was a toddler. The internist cleaned my teeth today and had a bad smell on her gloves.... Maybe she should have changed them.
He had a tooth extraction and said he felt comfortable because Dr. Navarro's Assistant Natalie was holding his hand because he cried just alittle bit inside the room. Thank You i was alittle worried for him since i wasn't able to take him.
We always have a fun time whenever we go for our dental appointment. The staff is very nice and makes sure our experience is always pleasant.
We had another great trip to the dentist. My son who has a difficult time during cleanings handles it better each time and the hygienists are always good with him. My only problem is that the computer doesn't seem to remember that we have been patients there for years and our insurance covers 100%. It gets resolved when they bill the insurance but it would be nice not to have to deal with it each time we go.
Took both my kids (3.5 and 5.5 yrs old)for their first dentist visit to see Dr. Navarro. She is awesome and so is her staff. The office is bright and cheery, with plenty to keep kids entertained during the visit. Dr. Navarro has a wonderful personality and she explains everything she is doing during the examination in very simple, kid-friendly terms.
