She is awesome as usual. My daughter loves her.
My son was afraid the first two cleaning appointments, but the dental hygienist and dentist were very patient with him. The third time he went in was for a filling and he was a very comfortable. They put on sunglasses, headphones, and a movie (Disney's Cars) so he was felt very relaxed. During and after the filling, he did not complain about and pain or "weird feeling" like numbness. It was a great experience.
Excellent staff. Clean office. Fast and courteous reception area. I couldn't ask for a better place to take my son for dental services/check up's.
Very friendly environment -- helps with reducing dental anxiety.
As always our experience with Dr. Navarro was great. Our experience with the office staff was not good. Natalie was rude and not helpful. She talked while the Dentist was explaining a procedure. She also did not handle our insurance disagreement professionally. After resolving the issue by having our insurance call her personally she was still rude and did not apologize for her handling of the situation. I hope things will be better during our future visits!
