Dr. Navarro and her staff are amazing! My kids actually love visiting her office. They really know how to make kids feel at ease and really make you feel like family! Best pediatric dental office by far!
My child has a GREAT experience every time!.. This particular office is out of network for me but I don't mind given that my daughter enjoys going to the dentist because of the environment!
Dr. Navarro and her staff are an amazing. She is very personable. She makes parents and children feel comfortable. She discusses all issues and concerns thoroughly with the parents and children so they both have a better understanding. After having bad encounters with other dentistry office, my then 5 year old daughter came to Dr. Navarro's care. We came to her when 35% of my daughters teeth were rotting but Dr. Navarro was so kind, stayed positive, didn't look down on you for poor dental care, uplifting and understanding. A... read more

Dr. Navarro is such a sweet person. She is very attentive and great with my son. He likes to ask a lot of questions and she's more than willing to answer each and every one of them. I love that they offer things such as toys, character toothbrushes and the No Cavity Club. The TVs in the ceiling really help my son to keep his mind off of what they are doing to his teeth. Their office is nice and clean and the staff is very friendly.
We love everyone! We got to meet Dr. Navarro's son during our visit which was a bonus! Alfredo's clean bill of health added to our excitement and the remodeling of the office looks awesome!
Our experience with this office is great overall, with the exception of having to wait a half hour before being seen. Punctuality is definitely an area they can improve on in order to respect the patient's time. Aside from that, the staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough.
My 2.5 yo was so nervous & scared about having his teeth cleaned, but the nurse, Tinea (sorry for any misspelling), was SO good and kind with him and stopped as soon as he showed signs of impending melt-down. It was awesome. Then Dr. Derek came in and was also SO sweet and fun with my son that he even let Dr. Derek look in his mouth! I was so surprised. The staff was amazing.
