The appointment was great. The office staff was very friendly as usual. I do have a negative opinion on another situation. We were suppose to go on vacation and was going to miss this appointment. I called over two weeks prier to the appointment and left a message that I needed to change the date or time. I said IWANTED TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE ABOUT THESE APPOINTMENTS, but I NEVER GOT A PHONE CALL BACK??? I called another time and had to leave a message and still no return call? Very friendly and and extremely helpful. They make the children very comfortable in the dental chair.

It was great from beginning to end. Everyone in the office is so nice and caring and makes my six year old daughter feel very calm and welcome. She use to be afraid of the dentist, but Dr. Navarro and her staff have now made visiting the dentist a pleasant experience.
My son has been a patient since he was 1 year old and now he is 9. Excellent Doctor and staff. Facility is really comfortable for the kids. Highly recommended
Such an awesome Dentist and office staff. They truly care about each and every patient as well as parents.
We had such an amazing experience here. Starting with the young lady up front that came out and gave my son a really cute book (to keep). It made my sons day that he got a present at the dentist. Then we went to the back and all the assistants were friendly we had veroinca and she took the time with my son and wasn't rushing. And Dr. Navarro was very sweet and at the end of the appointment she gave me a rose. All around a wonderful experience. Oh and no cavities always a plus.
Extremely happy with my visit- this is my sons second treatment with Dr. Navarro & staff. They make things easy and painless for myself and my son.
