The Staff @ Marijuana Doctors were an absolute delight to deal with. I missed my 1st scheduled appointment and walked-in and they rescheduled me for the very next day @ 9 a.m. and a special shout out to Shea 💛 She was wonderful and deserves a raise for sure
Don’t go here, I made three appointments and every single time I made an appointment there was an issue. The lady at the front desk is extremely rude, I came in today and although I had an appointment, no one was there. The door was locked and there was about six other people waiting out front who also had appointments around the exact same time as me. They obviously do not care very much for their customers. All these 5 star reviews are from months ago I assume that they got some new people who don’t care.
Had a wonderful experience. Awesome service , doctor and staff are super kind. I recommend this location 10/10
I’ve been seeing this doctor for my medical marijuana care, and it has been one of the most supportive healthcare experiences I’ve had. They take the time to actually listen — not rush, not judge, not treat me like a number. They understand chronic pain, tremors, and the reality of needing something that helps you function day to day. Every appointment feels straightforward and respectful.
Had a very good experience with setting up my appointment and getting my renewal taken care of. I am currently starting classes and Shayy and deric made it very easy to reschedule and set up my appointment and paperwork.
