Never in my life a sales person called me a liar 2my face: 'guess there's a 1st 4 evrythg! (never mind that I gave him source 4 quote so he could verify!) don't waste yr time! These ppl have NO class!
Slow and inefficient. Take the estimated wait time and double it.
