It was great It was great to come "home" when I returned to Classic Collision I had an initial experience with the entire staff after an accident with unforeseen road debris which had severely damaged my car. They were excellent in handling that entire process .This time I returned and was warmly greeted this morning by everyone. No one likes to have No one likes to have to get their car fixed. My husband had his car fixed here a few years ago, so we took my car in when I had some body damage. I dread these things, but I was so wrong. I walked in and was immediately greeted by a friendly face who even guessed who I was before I could utter more than a few words. First Place I had my damaged vehicle taken to Classic Collision and although it could not be repaired. I received excellent customer service from the manager . He went above and beyond to provide me information and processes to assist me with my insurance claim. If i ever am in need of collision repair again, this location will be the first place I call.
