Perfect! The work was done exactly as requested. I appreciate the option of choosing repairs I can afford, based on importance. I do miss the 6-month same as cash credit option on large repair bills. Been coming for 9 years for engine concern, can see why I??d go anywhere else!
Also a great experience -- twice. Most recently, I had a deep scratch on a side panel of my Sonata. They repaired it like new for less than it would have cost just to buy the replacement panel (much less painting it, and installation labor).
Being a very meticulous consumer, I was skeptical about taking my wife's 2003 Yukon Denali anywhere. This was our first auto body incident and I was nervous about where to start. Major body work I had gotten into a pretty bad accident with one of my vehicles and needed major body work done on my vehicle. Someone recommended Classic Collision to me and I am so happy I listened. I had my car dropped off there and had it back in a little over a week and the accident caused alot of damage. They contacted me kept me updated on the status of my car. I had a really great experience with them. They made a real stressful experience an easy one
Came in on a Thursday afternoon and they fixed my minor scratch and mirror issue in about 30 minutes. They beat my dealers quote by about $400. Couldn't have asked for a better service experience.
