Mariela’s Cleaning Service started off good but I believe they took on too many cleaning jobs in one day and would show up 2 hours late for my cleaning. This caused many times of me waiting on them, calling and texting only to be told they will be there at a certain time and show up hours later. I have asked to speak to a supervisor many times and never received a call. I DO NOT recommend this cleaning company as they are unprofessional and not considerate of your time.
I was very impressed with Ruthy’s responsiveness as soon as I reached out for service. When Julio, one of the managers, came over for the initial walkthrough, he was professional, kind, and attentive to my needs. Nice job cleaning. But when we came home, a shower head in in our primary bathroom was on the ground with no explanation. Expensive work to fix. Also, we had U.S. flags displayed that were turned upside down. Received no appropriate response.
Mariela's Cleaning did a fantastic job on my deep clean. They went above and beyond and my house has never been so clean and fresh smelling. I will definitely recommend them to anyone and I'll be using their services in the future.
They did a great job on my house, everything was sanitized, the bathrooms sparkled! Would highly recommend!
