My last brow wax experience here was literally painful and it left me in fear of being scarred. These pictures speak for themselves, and I still had to pay for it.
I had a 1:30 appointment. I waited patiently for 45 minutes for a haircut and finally walked out. Very disappointed.
I made an appointment online through their website that was very easy to use. The experience from arriving, shampoo, cut and dry was wonderful. I had a haircut with Christina. She was great. Very friendly, professional, and gentle. I have long hair that can tangle easily and she never pulled or yanked. The total atmosphere was relaxing and inviting. I was very happy with my cut and I will definitely book again at Marie Charles with Christina.
My husband scheduled a mani/pedi for me with Dru as a surprise for Valentine's Day. I am SO glad he did. It was so relaxing and Dru was so nice to talk with. And she did an amazing job on my nails! Pic in comments!
So happy I stopped in, service was amazing from check-in to check-out! Thank you Dru, my hands and nails look and feel amazing....I'm hooked!!! See you in 2 weeks
I love this Salon! Melissa does such a wonderful job with my hair color & cut & I so look forward to seeing Dru for my nail appointment. They are both so sweet & do such great jobs! The atmosphere is so pleasant & everyone is so helpful!
What a fantastic experience, relaxing, quiet, professional and fun! I had a pedicure by Dru and she is so easy to talk to and I appreciated her being real and not just going through the motions. I look forward to my next experience.
