Maribel's research into my property allowed me to ask for a better price on the property. She researched the house specs over 20 years ago to find that my house was actually listed as a duplex instead of a single-family residence allowing me a better profit

I found Maribel Munoz on the Zillow website. I researched her and read her reviews. I chose her to sell my home because she is very familiar with the El Sereno area. She was able to answer all my questions, prepared a checklist of what I needed to do to sell my home and provided me an initial timeline. She checked in with me often to keep me on schedule. My house received multiple offers and opened escrow within 8 days of being on the market. I appreciated Ms. Munoz as she was very honest and forthright.

I’d highly recommend Maribel to be your real estate agent for your real estate needs. In today's sellers market, it is difficult for a buyer to get the right home at the right price. Ms Maribel Munoz was a great help in helping find a place to rent. She was very friendly and has much knowledge of the area she is selling in.
