Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Not really, but I found a spot Does this provider always put the customer first? Definitely not. They seem to care more about themselves Did this psychiatrist ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? Yes, they could have waited Would you recommend this psychiatrist to others? Absolutely Not

Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Yes, it was in a safe enough neighborhood Did this provider rush your appointment? Yes, I felt like an annoyance! Are you going to visit this provider again? Not if my life depended on it Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? No, I left with more problems than I came with! Did this psychiatrist listen to your input and concerns? Definitely not! I was constantly interrupted or cut off!

Somewhat, but they need a bigger selection Does this provider remember you by name? Sometimes, but not always Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? Sometimes, they should allow for more time in between appointments Did this psychiatrist rush your appointment? No

Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? No, I felt confused and uneasy when I left Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Not at all! I had to schedule an appointment for absolutely everything! Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Somewhat, they should have been more polite Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? Yes

They weren't very understanding or caring, and they didn't show empathy for my situation. I could tell I wasn't their primary concern. Every time I visit, I have to remind them why I'm visiting them. It makes me feel like they don't care about me. Their office was clean enough, nothing special though. I was kind of surprised that they left me alone during my consultation for quite awhile. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. They were friendly.

I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience. One thing I really appreciated about them, was that they didn’t rush my appointment at all. I was able to talk about everything I needed to, without worrying about being interrupted or cut off. It wasn’t difficult to get an appointment with them at all. It was nice to be able to get in right away. I would recommend them to people I know. They were able to help me a lot.

Let me start by saying that my experience with Marianne Hendrix was by far the worst doctor experience I have ever had, in addition to being pretty bizarre. When I was called in to speak with her, she reviewed my prerequisite data (new patient forms) for less than 3 minutes before forming seemingly concrete ideas about me. Yes, they were sympathetic and caring Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Not that I have seen
