Saw Dr. Hendrix for about 4 years and was never really fond of her because she is a strange lady with odd mannerisms but never had any huge issues with her. I was mainly concerned with getting my meds which were working for me. Her receptionist is awfully rude. If you complain they threaten you. She is just bad for business which after all what a private practice dr. Is. A business. I would not recommend this office period.

I usually have to wait a long time Does this psychiatrist give unbiased advice? No. I didn't trust their motives. Does this psychiatrist offer flexible appointment times? I don't think I have ever experienced someone less friendly. I felt incredibly uncomfortable the entire time during the session and couldn't wait to leave. I couldn't imagine why anyone would recommend them. Based on my experience, I would never recommend them to others. I was really confused and frustrated after my appointment. They made zero attempt to answer any of my questions. I wasn't happy that they didn't ask me many questions and they cut me off when I wanted to give them input. Dr Hendrix is nothing but a drug dealer working for pharma. She doesn't listen to or care about the patient's condition. She insists on non generic and if you question her, she threatens to send you out with no meds. She is insane and needs to find a psychiatrist for her own treatment.
I really didn't like how difficult it was to find parking at their office. They make no effort to make me feel special. They were late to all my appointment. I had to wait over an hour. Not only was I dissatisfied with my visit, I ended up leaving with more problems than I had when I came. The doctor would not listen to me and would not prescribe me the medicine I have been taking my whole life and would not even listen to how it helps me and told me it would be too much paper work. They made my situation even worse.
