Today I had an appointment for my 12 year old daughter to see Dr. Hendrix. I actually think I might still be in shock by the entire appointment. The staff was extremely friendly and I was hoping the visit with the doctor would have been as good an experience. Let me start by saying Dr. Hendrix came in and asked barely any questions about how my daughter felt. She started going off onto other random topics that had no relevance to the reason we were there. Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this psychiatrist's office? Yes Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? Yes, I had to wait quite a while Did this provider have reasonable prices? No, it was expensive. Was this provider late to your appointments? No, they were on time

I didn't have to wait in their waiting room at all. They were ready for me right when I got there. Whatever cologne they were wearing was one of the best I've ever smelled. It made my experience that much more enjoyable. During my appointment, I knew that I always had their full attention. They listened to everything I said without interrupting.
