Gone and didnt even send out a letter or anything. I assume she retired. She was not that great anyway. Bone dry, empty office.. always. Still did not help my condition, in fact might've made itworse

If I could give zero stars I would. This was one of the only rheumatologist accepting patients in the area.(I can’t drive far) they had my referral for well over a month and would never answer the phone nor return my vm until just a week ago. They left a vm saying they needed to verify my insurance before they could set up an appointment. Called back minutes later, no answer. I left a vm for them to call me back. I've been trying to schedule an apt. here for weeks. First call I was on hold for 15 min. before I hung up. I called back and left a message then days later someone called me. They told me that they won't schedule an apt. until the get the referral sent over, and they're scheduling about a month out. I called my dr. to get that sent over to them and now I can't get a hold of anyone. No one answers the phone or has called me back after I left a message again. Crazy!

I love Dr. Ceniza, she listens to your concerns and does everything can to diagnose and treat your symptoms. Office team members Maureen and Susan are great too!
