They won't be getting a recommendation from me. I called due to mental health issue where child was very depressed and cut herself and was told you owe 60.00 on your account here so we can't see her til you pay that. We are speaking of a childs life vs. 60.00 HELLO.

The office is outdated and smells like urine. Most of the staff are professional and pleasant but there are a few that should seek another line of work. One particular nurse seemed uncertain and confused. Their office only accepts cash or checks. This is major problem because most people carry neither and it's the last thing I'm worried about when Im trying help my child. Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? Yes! I know that I would have gotten better service anywhere else! Is this business handicap-accessible? Not at all! If your child is sick can the pediatrician see him/her on the same day? No, but they're usually seen pretty quickly Is this pediatrician patient with first-time mothers? Yes, they are patient with first-time mothers Does the pediatrician interact with both you and your child during appointments? Yes, they interacted with both of us Did this pediatrician have bright, child-friendly examining rooms? Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible Was the waiting area spacious? No, but I can always find a seat Does this provider always put the customer first? Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? Sometimes, I usually have to convince them to look into the situation

Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? Yes, I had to wait quite a while Was this pediatrician friendly? I didn't feel very welcome Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? Not really, I've never seen them go above and beyond Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? No, there weren't many to choose from Do other parents within your community respect this pediatrician? No, they are definitely not respected by other parents
