RecommendedI don’t remember what floor I was on but while I was in rehab for about 2 weeks I got very well cared for. I would like to send a very special THANK YOU to each and everyone who assisted in my care and rehabilitation. I appreciate everything you all did for me. I would also like to acknowledge #nurseKIM I can’t tell you how nice, courteous and helpful this wonderful person was to and for me.....Thanks once again!!!!!! Someone please find her and give her a great big hug for me.
The women's diagnostic center was able to fit me in at a very late notice yesterday and I cannot say enough good things about the team that took care of me. From check-in to my final conversation with the doctor I knew I was in excellent hands. Major props to the Radiation Tech who took care of me through a procedure I was very nervous about Thank you for the excellent service and dedication to my personal health!
The birth and delivery floor is great.. The staff up here are helpful and extremely attentive.My experience overall was good..I may be back in the next 2 years or so...lol
The oncology department staff are very friendly. My doctors, nurses and technicians are all amazing.
Fourth floor SUCKS the Nurses are rude they could care less what is going on with the patient . The Drs you can’t PAY them to call you and Let you know what’s going on with your love ones . My elderly mother don’t understand some things so these idiots tell the patient what’s going on . Me and My Sister left numbers for the Dr to call NEVER DID . My Sister has called the CEO many times on different occasions he won’t do CRAP or call you back either... So basically No one at this hospital cares about their patients, they cert... read more
Everyone has always been so pleasant and kind to me.
Ive had the worse care ever i was there yesterday because i was found that i had the corona virus the day before and my chest pain got worser so i went in to get help the nurses was so rude and hateful they treated me like some kind of criminal they didnt treat me at all one nurse told me well we cant help you unfortunately “we dont have the majic potion to make it go away” i felt so bad and was in pain so i just walked away im never ever going to that hospital and wont let any of my family’s go there i promise
I have been here since Friday with my brother who has special needs. We started out with a 17.5 hour wait in an ED room, but I know there was no way around it.Everyone was very helpful and respectful. He was put in a room in PCU around 1:30 am on Saturday. Everyone has been beyond courteous and attentive - from the EMS and Fire Dept personnel all the way to the doctors, nurses, CNA's, cafeteria workers. janitorial services. EVERYBODY...I thank you and appreciate you -all of you!
They have completely failed a current patient during this Covid-19 pandemic!!! Both Louisburg and Henderson locations. Is it bc they don’t want to have the first case in the county? Is it bc they don’t want to lose business for fear that people won’t use their facilities if there’s a confirmed case. They call you Murder Parham for a reason!
