Really great experience with Maria! There are so many reasons that working with Maria was spectacular! She is super responsive with communication and makes fantastic use of text messaging—a huge timesaver in my opinion. She is resourceful and provided me with references for a painter and a terrific handyman. She loaned me her ozone machine and checked in regularly in case I needed anything else. I know I will use her again, she’s the best of the best!!!
Our experience with Maria Coleman-Ditty during the purchase of our home at 11243 Canopy Loop was deeply disappointing and unprofessional. The transaction involved a Trust and a senior purchaser, with her daughter acting as co-trustee and holding power of attorney. Despite this, Ms. Ditty refused to acknowledge the Trust as the purchaser and was unwilling to communicate with the daughter in her legal capacity as POA and co-trustee.
