Fabulous food and service highly recommended by a couple of Aussies
I love this place to bad they closed the one in Monterey and also salinas CA. They have the best food ever

First time we visited was right after my son's graduation from Cal Poly just last month. We had a party of about 15 and they were able to accomodate us. The portions are huge, everyone had leftovers. Food was great, service good and all enjoyed. This visit wad just me n my graduate. We split the order and it was more than enough. We'll be back for sure. The menu clearly says huge portions
I have never heard of anyone leaving Margie's disappointed. What do I like? My #1 item is the meatloaf. My #2 is the Mushroom Burger with its 1/2 pound of mushrooms. My #3 is the Banana pancakes. Oh wait my real #1 is the Biskets and Gravy.
