I found the prices were through the roof !! ...and not to be very friendly or helpful with requests, as stated in a previous review.
Menu is okay. Portions are HUGE. Service seems to have gone down hill in the past few years we've been coming here. They don't seem to pay attention to special requests like "well done". Drinks are very pricey. I want to still like this place, just not worth it.
Real food and generous portions!
Pleasantly surprised when we pulled in here for a coffee and decided to stay for lunch great food large servings and prices and the wait staff made us feel like locals . Will Stop again next time through
we had breakfast there and the portions were huge and not expensive. definitely our breakfast place

Wish we were still there...
prices are almost an insult. $3.75 for coffee or a soda???? eggs potato and toast no meat well over $10 😱 foods pretty good but it's time to re look at all the food and customers money you're wasting having to charge these prices because you serve way too much food. won't return
I wish we had a Margie's Diner here where I live! Was visiting the Central Coast and stopped in -- then had to return! So many choices -- seemed like something for everyone not matter your age or dietary preferences -- and all of them made fresh from scratch - as the menu says: Real Food. Comfort Food. And such big portions that you we taking home leftovers to enjoy at midnight or tomorrow!
