Recommended7/30/15 ... took my 90 yr. old mom there today to have ice cream for dinner, ;) It's nice that one can still go somewhere that actually has a history and looks like an original fashioned ice cream parlor ( that's because it is ) She had fun.enjoying her Chocolate Syrup Sundae,and feeling young at heart . I had a Hot Fudge Banana Split( with double hot fudge) and it was just dandy. The service was excellent and super friendly. Our desserts were yummy.. We both left very happy. Can't ask for more than that.
RecommendedHands down the best ice cream shop in the city! Their hot fudge is amazing, not sickly sweet with that slight bitter edge that makes a good hot fudge. The decor is old school, and watch out for the long lines!
