we ordered 3 sundaes and the loaded them with nuts to a point you couldn't eat the ice cream , we ordered cheesecake and they charged us and then at the end they didnt have it , horrible expirience

RecommendedWe LOVE this place! The staff is always very friendly and hard-working. They have late hours too which is very convenient when other ice cream parlors are closed! It's definitely worth the wait because it's the BEST ICE CREAM in Chicago!
