Since 1921, Margie's has been making its own candy and ice cream, and it still uses only the best ingredients to produce the best product in Chicago. Family owned for generations, this spot has withstood the brutal ups-and-downs of this neighborhood for over 70 years. Well worth a visit, even for the most discriminating sweet tooth.

They have great customer service and an excellent product
I went here once and never again. The place looks dingy and old, the ice cream tastes stale, the "fresh raspberries" are not fresh at all - it's some canned goop that is probably 5 years old. Bad bad bad
