When I say if you want unprofessional customer service, continuously long waiting time, and extremely heat damage come here. When I’ve first stepped into the salon not even a good welcome was introduced all I see is two customers waiting and two others in their chair, getting a silk press. The amount of smoke and heat I could smell coming from their hair is absurd, and secondly, there was not even a nail tech when I arrived.

DO NOT EVER come to this salon if you value the health of your hair her employees are the reason why her salon is going down hill. I beautiful coils now theirs not a coil or curl in sight DO NOT come here if you value the health of your hair. I’m so disappointed and mad, their tools are horrible, their blow dryer blows steam which isn’t normal for a blow dryer and their straightener is wayyy too hot and the icing on the cake is they barely even used heat protectant. Marguerita will burn ur curl pattern off. Tape ins came out writhin hours. Then when I went to get them fixed, as agreed, she hauled ass and didn’t attempt to repair as agreed. Was suddenly in the hospital. Had her other people do it and they came out horrible too. Ruined my beautiful natural hair texture.
