They didn’t even sweep the upstairs and they didn’t even clean up the kitchen floor. They never even came back.Worst experience l have ever had!l had to clean up the kitchen when they left.

I would not recommend this company. I am moving into a new home. I was told every shelf and counter top would be wiped down. Base boards would be wiped down. Along with cleaning the bathrooms and floors. None of the maids would admit to speak English when asked. We had to call the office two times to have them communicate to the maids. The second time the office staff had an attitude when I communicated there were black marks on the floor the maids need to clean. I'm not sure where to begin....when the team arrived they were polite, courteous and eager to get started. I can say our home sparkled from top to bottom and smelled wonderful. the cleaning was maticulous, even though our previous service cleaned just a week prior to our visit from Margaret McHenry Maids! Even though we have had a redecorating project going on, the ladies have managed to work around the clutter & still do their usual great cleaning job!
