I was diagnosed breast cancer. Soon I had double Mastectomy done by Dr. Chen. My surgery went very successful. Dr. Chen and her term was passionate and thoughtful from before and after my surgery. Dr. Chan and Angela Pietra RN explained to me the importance of surgery, outcomes and after surgery care. That was very comforting for me as a newly Diagnosed cancer patient. choosing here because of the high ratings, but my personal experience was incredibly frustrating. I spent over 30mins completing the e-check-in forms a week early, yet I only received a cancellation voicemail at noon the day before my appointment. They said they didn't take my insurance- a week after I had already provided all info. When I called back to ask about self-pay or reschedule options, the staff were incredibly arrogant and unhelpful. btw the staff insisted on speaking English even though it was clearly the person ... read more

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Margaret Chen and her team. I first discovered a small mass in my left breast about 1 cm in October 2024. After a biopsy I was diagnosed with a cellular fibroadenoma. At my six month follow up the mass had doubled in volume to about 3 cm and began to look suspicious.
