Went in today to have my S/W M&P Shield looked at because the slide malfunctioned. Although it was clearly busy, the staff immediately took the time to attempt a fix. Once a simple fix wouldn't work, they took it in back and replaced a spring on the spot! I should mention that I did buy the service plan with the purchase of the gun, but I feel like they did everything right. Good service and friendly staff. Had to do a return on a special order. They wanted to charge a restock fee that I didn't feel was necessary on a product they weren't stuck with yet. The owner was very reasonable about it and offered a solution that made both parties happy! I will continue to do business with such a wonderful shop!

The best period. We've bought atleast five firearms here in the last month. Ive sent my cousin and two friends here to purchase there first firearms. Always helpful staff, no matter how many times i constantly change my mind! Ive been waiting for them to ban me! Lol
