Very helpful staff on a busy Saturday morning. Very fast at the register when doing paperwork for 2 guns. Recommend them to anyone looking for a gun. Great Prices on everything
One of the best around with fair prices, and a knowledgeable staff. I have been to Marengo Guns only a handful of times, and each times it's been crazy busy inside the store. The staff patiently answered my questions, despite how busy it was inside. After purchase, even though I already paid, and still had some questions they were still there to assist me. Great place, great staff.

Good selection, some good prices. Prices offered for used guns very low. I took in a gun this morning that I bought from them 1 year ago for $385. They looked at it for about 30 seconds and offered me $125. Gun was in like new condition with case and holster. Won't be going back.
Called them on a price they advertised on their website for an XDe @ $441. Person at other end of phone said no, it's $450. Was going to drive there from Mchenry to purchase it immediately for advertised price, but person would not honor their web price, although after denying the web price he stated, " subject to change." What ever the hell that meant. They lost a sale for, in my opinion, substandard customer service and false advertisement. I went for the first time on Black Friday, mistake because I'm in a wheelchair and they were busy and i didn't get to see everything or buy more items but when I go back I'm going to check it out 100%. I must also say THANK YOU to the staff they were very nice, helpful and courteous.
Bought my 2nd gun yesterday. Excellent price. Got tickets for a raffle. Gun stuff. Love this shop
