Great shop! I have bought a couple guns there and I have always had a great experience. Love the low pressure sales approach while still providing more than adequate help and support. I have called the store and never had a problem getting answers to my questions. In fact, my call there this morning was picked up in the first ring and the gentleman who answered went above and beyond what was necessary to help. I will gladly drive the couple extra miles to this store to get great deals and great expertise.
My wife and i just purchased our first gun thanks to Brandie(I hope i spelled her name correctly). She made our experience a good one. She was extremely knowledgeable not mention nice. She took her time and pointed out the differences between the 2 pistols we were considering making us feel more confident about our purchase. This is a fun store! they have most of the stuff out so you can hold it and mess with it.I have bought a few guns here. I always get the lifetime warranty. I have purchased a few used guns. last time paid off. got a used Walther pk380 on a whim. pos jammed every mag. they sent it in and 2 weeks later gave me back a brand new one. best customer service ever.
Sold a rifle I never used and got a decent price for it. My wife got a quote on her two .38 revolvers and it was a bit low. The guy that took care of me was really nice and helpful. Fantastic selection of fire arms that you can pick up and feel.
I've been there several times and went there yesterday to get some ammo, and the guy Rob was really helpful. I went to get a holster and a used gun and he helped me decide which ones would be best for me.
