Recently moved in and very happy. Kelly and Maria are great in the office, I’m sure the rest of the staff is great just haven’t had a chance to meet them yet. We had one small detail that needed attention, response time was quick, Daniel was awesome! Looking forward to the next year here.

Wow is this place nice! Apartments have great features, and well laid out. Beautiful pool, and some of the best amenities anywhere. All staff have been very friendly and helpful. To be honest, one of the reasons we finally decided to live here was Maria Velez the leasing agent. She was helpful, professional, and most important, very friendly and caring. She made us feel at Home!.
I am really enjoying my apartment at Marden Ridge Apartments. The place is beautiful. The staff is very accommodating and helpful especially Maria Velez. Without her help I don't think I would have decided to move into these apartments. She has been very encouraging and helpful.
We're loving our new apartment, the atmosphere the community brings, and the staff! Maria Velez has been the best help to us. Very informational before and after our move in. We moved in May 12th and have really settled in good! Our kids love it too :)
These apartments here are ok. A lot on the pricey side though. You can definitely find apartments a lot cheaper elsewhere. Some of the workers here are very rude when they speak to the tenants.
These apartments are in a very great community. They do have lots of amenities but when I seen the inside they are made very cheap. The owner seemed to be very racist and snobbish. They don’t know how to speak to people. Don’t move here if you can’t abide by the million rules they have in place. Marden Ridge Apartments also fire their workers for the smallest things.
