We love living here. Jennifer is the sweetest and most efficient leasing consultant! She helped me and my family in the process of moving to Marden Ridge and we have nothing to complain about her. She is patient and friendly towards all of us including our kids. Every subject related to the office we address to her.
RecommendedDonna, Melissa and Julio are just the best! Today we had a Fathers Day Waffle Breakfast, complete with chair massages. This team really goes above and beyond for the residents. Greatly appreciated!
We are moving from New Jersey and luckily stumbled across Marden Ridge. Jennifer has been awesome throughout the entire process and is making our big move very smooth and comfortable. We are very thankful for that and look forward to moving in!

I just moved over 1,000 miles with my wife 3 kids and a dog, no part of that was easy. But the staff of Marden Ridge Apartments made my move so much easier. Loving it so far (1st week here). Daniel in maintenance is so nice and was very good fixing our smoke detector 😁.
These apartments are amazing. Everything about them is top notch. The staff is the best asset they have. Everyone is friendly and accommodating. Kelly was absolutely amazing, she’s a true MVP. Went above and beyond with everything. I recommend this complex to anyone and everyone.
