RecommendedMy company went to Marden ridge apartments and we rented out 8 units. They were beautiful apartments with an amazing community. Jennifer and Mellissa made this whole process extremely easy also, no headaches no hassle. There customer service is top notch. I hope next year they have enough units available for us again!!

I’m recently in the process of relocating and Jennifer & Mellissa are making this rather smooth transitioning for me there professionalism and patience is what I’m looking for because I’m wanting to find the right place and I think I have!! It doesn’t matter who I speak to either one pretty much knows what I’m looking for and in what time frame, nothing compares to this awesome work ethic they have !!!!

Beautiful property in Apopka!!! I love the location, quiet but still close to everything!
We absolutely love living here! The apartment is beautiful and spacious, and we can't get over how awesome and convenient the solarium is. Jennifer and Melissa are incredible and have treated us like family since we moved in this past summer. If only our upstairs neighbors would quiet down, living here would be perfect! 😂
STAY FROM MARDEN RIGDE!!!!! DO NOT MOVE HERE. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND YOUR TIME. I liveD here for 1 year exactly and it was fine . the apartments are beautiful… safety wise? not so much. Its supposed to be “smoke-free” but it smells like smoke 24/7. Ive literally walked by people and they would be smoking illegal drugs outside late at night. I’ve even had a resident try to sell me marijuana once before after declining he told me to to find him if I changed my mind. the walls are...Continue Reading
Neighbors are rudely loud all the time, have contacted the office and they do nothing but tell you things to shut you up, do not move here if you want to sleep. They only care about your money, you don't matter here!
mellisa is a very hard worker and has the best customer service skills I've seen in a long time! she will do whatever she can to help!!
