I had an appointment to see him, I went to wrong office, because his office never notified me he was moving. I called his office they told me I had 3 minutes to get to the office or I would be counted as a no show. I went to the new office the Dr. explained I was now 15 minutes late and he couldn’t see me. He didn’t even ask how I was just office policy says I would have to reschedule. I have many health problems, don’t need a doctor not looking at my health interest.
He listens and is very knowledgeable. He was very professional and helpful. I have been in pain for years and my last podiatrist didn't listen. Dr. Miller has put a plan together to help with my pain.
Total thumbs up to Dr. E. Miller, DPM, Lima, Ohio. Those who know me, know, that I recommend any surgical care, be sought to either Cleveland Clinic or Columbus. After living and working in Lima, Ohio, I give, very few thumbs up to any Lima Dr.’s. However, after a recent accident, leaving me with a broken ankle, Dr Miller, was recommended to preform my surgery. I’m so happy that I followed this recommendation. His dedication to detail for my surgery and post care, was unbelievably professional. In fact I’d travel a great dis... read more
Not good. had not seen Doctor for a couple years due to heart surgeries and pandemic. After heart surgery, the hospital made a followup apt With Chapman. Upon arriving to the scheduled apt. was refused to see doctor for not showing up to 3 previous apt.s never missed more than one apt with call. By the way...there was no one in the waiting room. Nice way to reconnect to your doctor after a heart attack.
Dr Miller did not properly take care of my foot. He left the bone spur which he was suppose to remove, he didnt give me any antibiotics after surgery after numerous requests. My foot an ankle became so infected I had to be taken into the er. I ended up having 2 more surgeries by a another surgeon to correct the mess he made in my foot and ankle. He never reaponded to phone calls for assistance and his staff would take messages and never helped.
The office visit was very efficient with all the staff helpful in answering questions and moving the appointment along.
He doesn't return calls or follow up with his patients. Also doesn't consider what his patients are experiencing and passes off to Elaine who over prescribes medication. Look elsewhere if you are suffering because this "doctor" will not provide you with the critical care you need.
Dr. Chapman is great but his office staff and his nurse need to learn what working with the public means. A day training course would be really good for all of them
I have gone to Dr Kuk for years. He has always been honest and upfront, and understanding in regards to my health and well being. He always takes the time to listen to me and answer my questions. He is so easy to talk to about anything. I would go to him if anyone wants to know.
