Dr. Rothermich and his team at Andrews Sports Medicine were extremely professional and friendly. This is the first time I've ever had surgery in my life, and they all made me feel so calm, relaxed, and comfortable before, during, and after the procedure. They are very proficient as well. Dr. Rothermich much is very personal and cares about what he does! Very impressed with the service I get from him!
I think knee replacement is a very difficult, painful surgery. Some things that gave me problems at home: We failed to read that we needed a commode seat. I believe I had tremendous pain and possibly caused hours of bleeding from my drain because my commodes were very low. During the 18 hours of bleeding from my drain, we and our home health nurse were unable to get through to anyone in the doctor's office. There was always ‘leave a message’.
