Tried this place out because I couldnt see my regular doc right away. Front desk staff was nice enough but acted so unprofessional. Popping gum and gossiping about some reality tv show. I was waiting 45 minutes!!!!!!! I overheard a really inappropriate personal conversation that I definitely shouldn't have!!!! If you know what I mean!! He mis-codes insurance such as: I was assured that a routine colonoscopy was diagnostic even if a polyp is found and sent for lab review. I had the diagnostic, No problem other than waking up during the procedure and looking up my own ass, as the Monitor was directly in front of me! then after that the code was changed a $20 diagnostic to a Surgery from the original pre -auth causing a 1,600 bill for me a 4,000 payday for himself and this was all done at Easton Hospital who also filed false claims to Medicare. Disgusted by this so-called doctor. This guy never helps. He always doesn't know how to treat something. He's only after making money which is disgraceful! He was charging me AND my insurance by lying to me saying tha my insurance didn't cover everything. This guy is a liar don't waste your time with him!!
Ok Went to Dr. Katara back in 2011 and he was a horrible Doctor. I had a severe case of Bells Palsey and he told me that I might have a brain tumor then left for vacation on Memorial Day Weekend. Needless to say I was totally upset the entire weekend. So I switched to Dr. Vegari - who is awesome. Now since Dr. Vegari closed for health reasons, the only game in town is Neurology Associates of Monroe County. I am so disgusted wtih you hospital I will never come there or recomend it to anyone.I went back to my originial surgeon today and was told he has never seen an open wound so bad in in life. It was also infected when they dicharged me and he cant believe they let me leave like that. He said I could have died.Now I have to have extensive surgery to try to fix the damage Dr. Luke and his staff did.I just cant believe all the hell I have been through for 2 yrs.I am so embarrassed. We took our 3 year old daughter there on Friday morning for an eye infection. The doctor prescribed a medication for her. We took it to get filled, only to find out that the medication was discontinued quite a while back. The pharmacy called to try to get a real prescription from the Dr's office. Which was a waste of time because no one bothered to answer or call the pharmacy back! It is now Monday, we were trying again today to get medication for her, to find out they are not open until Wednesday! 6 days of additional suffe... read more

Dr. Osterwald is a LIFE SAVER! During my 2 year old daughters birth, the baby's heart stopped while she was still inside me! Dr. Osterwald knew what to do, to be able to bring her back!!! Also, during my 2 daughters deliveries, I was hemorrhaging and she was able to get that stopped.
