Paul Marcotte is a very personable service provider. He came the same day we called and fixed the problem of a blocked condensation overflow drain, added coolant to our 11 yr. old system and checked out the ducts in our attic. It must have been 120 degrees up there! When we do have to replace this unit, we will definitely call him to do the installation. As far as the cost is concerned--like most things today--we felt it was somewhat high, as we are on a fixed income. Robert Pinney
Fast response time. It only took about 3 hours from the time I first contacted them to the completion of the job. I would definitely recommend them.
I was fortunate that his schedule allowed same day service - in fact it was repaired within 3 hrs of my call. Very professional and courteous. Did the repair I needed and then did a complete system check of my A/C. Quoted a very reasonable price, and final bill was less than that. I will recommend this company to everyone.
