They did an awesome job of assessing the problems in our system presenting us with all of the options and replacing our Hvac system. Would not give estimate and work was done incorrectly. Charged me double of what it should cost. Do not use.
He came out within 2 hours of calling and I was up and running before 5 pm. ?
Paul called me within minutes of my request. He was able to get to my house within only a few hours, which I thought was outstanding! He quickly identified the issues and fixed on the spot. Later in the day I had an issue arise. I called Paul and he walked me through some troubleshooting and i was up and running again! Great quick service. I would use his service again if I need AC repair/service.
I have a home warranty that came when I bought the house 8 months ago. The tech that came out was nice and helpful. We called the home warranty people when he was there to see if it was covered. They told him it was under mfg warranty. He should have asked them if that meant mfg parts were required. Because he didn't, and granted they didn't volunteer this, it wasn't covered at all. Home Warranty sucks even more.
Paul was very personable and knowledgeable. Identified potential issues and recommended solutions including fixing them. He serviced my ac quickly. He was terrific!
