I am not particularly fond of real estate agents. Very often, buying a house is a very painful process because of the unnecessary hassle and schemes created by anyone involved in this process. I don't recommend this realtor. He was the landlord's agent and property manager for 2 years while we rented a house in Chevy Chase. Our deposit was returned with significant deductions 3 months later for repairs that he refused to provide any receipt for. And that too after he gave us a clean bill upon move out inspection. The charges have been levied for a AC inspection that was conducted in April 2024. No mention was made of any resulting penalty at that time.
